Las Vegas Videography & Video Production
Make them stop. Give them a reason to stay.
Your business has a story. ZAP turns it into video that helps people understand what you do, feel the experience, and take the next step.
We plan, film, and edit brand videos, event highlights, social reels, interviews, conference coverage, and real estate tours. Based in Las Vegas, we bring a marketing brain behind the camera: your audience, your message, and where the finished video will live shape the shoot from the start.
Need a website feature and a few vertical reels? We can plan those deliverables together so one shoot supports more of your marketing.
Brand Stories, Interviews & PR Videos
In late 2021, ZAP Marketing was fortunate to play a part in producing and editing a special Amazon project: “Delivering Holiday Magic to Mackinac Island.” As part of Amazon’s global PR series showcasing how it reaches some of the most remote locations in the world — from delivering to The Himalayas via local adventure guides, to Alaska via dogsled — this installment focused on Mackinac Island, a historic and seasonally isolated community in remote northern Michigan.
Known for its ban on cars and its limited access in the winter months, Mackinac Island relies on horse-drawn drays for package delivery. When the lake freezes and ferry service halts, the only way to the island is by ski-equipped aircraft or snowmobile across the ice.
With a six-person crew and unique logistical challenges, ZAP Marketing helped capture the story of how Amazon continues to deliver — even in extreme conditions — just in time for the holidays. The video served as a holiday spotlight on remote delivery logistics, and we’re proud to have contributed to a piece that celebrates both resilience and resourcefulness.
Amazon also made a donation of $25,000 to the school and Hospital on the island as part of the project, funding access to education and medical services for the island’s 500 residents.
ZAP was brought on to film a PR video for the Morocco Tourism Board’s presence at the 2024 IMEX tourism conference, held over three days at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.
The video highlights the booth’s design, layout, and interactive features, with interviews from key personnel that speak to Morocco’s tourism strategy and global positioning.
The final piece will serve as PR content for the booth designer, as well as a marketing tool for Morocco’s return to IMEX in 2026 — showcasing both the visual impact and functionality of the space on an international stage.
ZAP produced a PR video for the 2024 Las Vegas Pride Festival, one of the few major cities in the U.S. to feature a nighttime pride parade — bringing a unique energy to the heart of downtown.
The video captured highlights from the festival grounds and parade route, featuring local entertainers, community leaders, and key voices in the LGBTQ+ movement.
Created as a recap and promotional piece, the final video will support future outreach, sponsorships, and visibility for Las Vegas Pride on a national scale.
Social Media Reels That Capture the Experience
Downtown Las Vegas recently welcomed back Bent Inn, an LGBTQ+ bar and resort, and ZAP was invited to their exclusive grand re-opening on April 4, 2025. We produced this reel to showcase their off-season upgrades and spotlight the entertainment potential of the space.
With over 4,600 views and 26 local shares, this video helped maintain momentum for Bent Inn’s relaunch and reminded the community why this venue is a Downtown Las vegas standout.
As part of a campaign to promote the upcoming launch of their flagship Japanese BBQ concept, the 888 Restaurant Group invited ZAP to capture content across all four of their Las Vegas locations.
This reel highlights 888 Korean BBQ, a local favorite known for its bold flavors, sleek interiors, and immersive dining experience. One of several videos produced for the group, it helped build momentum ahead of their newest opening — and showcase the diversity of the 888 brand.
The 2025 Bighorn Rodeo, hosted by the Nevada Gay Rodeo Association (NGRA), brought together the LGBTQ+ community for a two-day celebration of rodeo sport and Western tradition in Las Vegas. With support from sponsors including Pride Las Vegas, 1800 Tequila, and The Phoenix Bar & Lounge, the event highlighted the inclusive spirit and celebrated 50 years of gay rodeo culture.
This reel reached nearly 6,000 local views and will serve as a key marketing piece for the 2026 rodeo as planning gets underway.
Event Highlights Worth Reliving
Every summer, The Phoenix Bar & Lounge hosts a weeklong Luau, featuring daily themed events, tropical menus, and authentic Polynesian performers brought in specially for the celebration.
This reel highlights moments from the 2025 Luau, with each day captured and shared to promote the full week of programming.
Collectively, the content reached over 30,000 views and generated more than 200 local shares, helping make this year’s Luau one of the most talked-about yet.
Every year, The Phoenix Bar & Lounge closes out the season with a special Staff Christmas Party — one of the few nights the entire team gets to celebrate together.
With the bar open 24/7 year-round, it’s a rare moment when the full staff can step away. Temporary bartenders are brought in so everyone can enjoy the night, and this year's celebration took the team all across Las Vegas — from group photos on Fremont Street to the tradition of stopping at the historic Welcome to Las Vegas sign by party bus.
It’s one of the biggest nights of the year for the people who make The Phoenix what it is — and a well-earned evening of fun, connection, and appreciation.
The Phoenix Bar & Lounge marked its 11th anniversary with a weekend of celebration that reflected everything the venue has become known for. The event featured performances from resident Phoenix entertainers, live body painting, and a special night honoring the staff who’ve helped shape the bar over the past decade.
As one of the biggest events on The Phoenix’s calendar each year, the anniversary serves as both a community reunion and a high-impact PR moment.
This year’s reel was one of the most engaged-with pieces on their account in 2025, helping reinforce the bar’s reputation as a pillar of LGBTQ+ nightlife in Las Vegas.

Videography FAQs
How much does a video project cost?
Projects are quoted around coverage, production needs, and finished deliverables. Share your goal and budget, and we’ll recommend a practical scope. Your proposal spells out what’s included before booking.
What does the production process look like?
Discover, plan, capture, then edit and deliver. We start with your audience, message, and deadline; agree on the creative direction and scope; film the story; then review and deliver the agreed edits for your selected platforms.
Can one shoot produce several videos?
Yes. We can plan a main video alongside vertical reels, interview clips, and shorter promotional edits. We agree on the formats and deliverables before filming so the shoot captures what each edit needs.
Do I need to write a script or be on camera?
You don’t need to arrive with a finished script. We can help shape the message and interview prompts. Whether you appear on camera depends on the story; some projects use guided interviews, while others focus on the space, product, or event.
How quickly will I receive the finished videos?
Turnaround depends on the scope and editing involved. We agree on the delivery schedule before booking. If you need a timely event recap or have a launch date, flag that early so we can plan production and editing around it.
Are revisions and raw footage included?
Your proposal defines the edited deliverables, revision rounds, usage terms, and whether raw footage is included. If an internal team needs footage for future edits, let us know before booking.
Can you also take photos during the shoot?
Photography can be included in the project scope. We’ll plan the coverage and staffing around both sets of deliverables so each gets the attention it needs.
